Are the wildlife safe to ship?
Yes, we ensure the safety and well-being of the wildlife during transit to guarantee they arrive healthy and active. They are shipped in insulated boxes and glass tubes to make sure that they are safe in transit.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-4 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please keep in mind that there is processing times for each order.
If it is taking a long time to get your order, we may be holding packages temporarily due to the temperature in the shipping route.
